Classes will generally start with a warm-up activity.
You will then learn new skills, practice skills you've learnt, and start to put moves together in to a routine.

Everyone is very different, with different strengths and weaknesses.
It might take you months to master a certain move or just a week.

There is no competition.
What should I wear and bring?
Bring a water bottle, and any personal items you might require.
Insect repellent is handy at night & sunscreen is advised for during the day, but make sure you don't have any sunscreen on your hands and legs or you'll find it hard to grip.
You will need to wear something on your legs, otherwise you will end up with fabric burn (unless you're really tough).
Tights or track pants are appropriate.
Don't wear jeans or anything with big buttons or bits that might get caught in and damage the aerial silks.
For your safety, remove any jewellery before the class begins.
As it is an outdoor rig that you will be training on, bring a jacket or jumper if it's cold.
